Meet the Team
David Joseph Williams has over 30 years experience and is a qualified Chartered Legal Executive having first qualified as a Fellow in 1982.
David has considerable knowledge and experience having worked in Solicitors practises around the Midlands for many years, becoming a Director of Gordon Jones & company in 2012. David has experience in private client work including wills and estate administration, particularly in complex estates and high value estates and inheritance tax matters.
David deals with other areas of law but with almost 40% being Private client.
Denise Watkins has over 30 years experience in both residential and commercial property.
Denise qualified as a solicitor in 2005 having previously been a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. She attended the University of Central England and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with Commendation.
Denise became a partner in Gordon Jones and Company and a director when the Firm incorporated in 2012. Denise has worked in other areas of law but now deals with property virtually 90% of the time.
Denise has in previous years been a Member of the Birmingham Law Society Council having stepped down in 2022 and also a committee member of Birmingham Law Society Property and Development Committee for which she has been Chair since 2019.
